Dr. Lori Spearman, DVM and Owner Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. Dr. Spearman graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003 and has been practicing since. She purchased North Knox Veterinary Clinic from founder Dr. Tanya Hamilton in 2021. She is the guardian of two dogs: Finley and Jupiter. Her hobbies include swimming and watching movies.
